The app is worth the money however it needs to be updated the look of the app looks like it was made for the older iPhones and it looks really awkward on my iPhone 11 Pro. Overall very good and exercises.

Normally, I don’t even look twice at a fitness app, but during this quarantine I wanted to see if there was a way I could step up my in home training for my core and see what was out there. I’m already through week 2 and haven’t looked back. This app is efficient, convenient, and SO helpful. Absolutely love it and already seeing some results with my core!

For some reason the voiceover always puts my Spotify music to 50%. I have to pause my music, wait a second or two and press play then it's back to normal. It's never consistent though, sometimes the voiceover does not effect the music and sometimes it does. Please fix and I will happily give 5 stars! Great ab based app and totally worth the few bucks for unlimited workouts.

I’ve enjoyed watching so much of his content on his YouTube channel, this is great! It’s quick, focused and the quick videos that accompany each exercise are very helpful. Great work. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to build amazing core strength and more. Want to protect your back from injury? Build a strong core! I would give this 10 stars if I could.
