A surprising variety of AB exercises that take little time but are challenging and impactful. Am amazed that only 6 or 7 minutes can be having such an impact on me core. Would like there to be an option to review the exercises beforehand to better prepare for the fast changes.

I do enjoy the intense workouts... I just wish they would give you enough time to transition between sets... Also I don't know why, but I'm unable to click on "other videos " have contacted them yet to hear back but ummm sure it's an easy fix...

I like the variety, I like the videos, I like the timer with rest to keep us accountable and going. I don’t utilize the other features like food and training logs but that’s a bonus. Great app. Athlean X is the man and I’m happy to give my money to Jeff Fr all of the resources he’s makes available to us.
