This app is totally legit, and gives needed stray tire for those of us who want to do something to get and stay in shape, but don’t know exactly what to do.

I say you cannot go wrong with this app. Guided workouts with time, provided by a physical therapist/ strength coach. Spend the money to unlock the entire app and you will be happy. Over 100 ab exercises.

I have done 2 of Jeff’s AthleanX programs. This is included in his website and have gotten great results. My work gym has no cell signal. This app is great because I can do anytime/anywhere regardless of signal. If you haven’t done Athlean programs get this app and do a 6 pack promise at the end of your normal workouts. Best 5-7 minutes a day that I have ever spent. Crazy effective!

It gives you a great core workout. The best core exercise app on the market. The only thing that could be improved is modifications to extremely difficult an exercises.
