Love that this is only a 5-minute workout. I know more is better but it’s better than doing nothing.

?I love the simple written instructions ?I’m a beginner and extremely inflexible in my legs. The figure in the diagram looks super flexible, very intimidating to me ? Maybe some versions of the figure that have a modified pose? Helping beginners should be a priority, if you want people to continue to the payed subscription.

Love this app-wondering if it is possible to link all the workouts so that you only need to push play at the start rather than having to push play so many times throughout?

The 5 minutes was broken up into several poses to be held for 40 seconds each. There are written directions and a drawing to follow. You, the user, push the button to start each pose, so there is plenty of time to get into position or to rest from the previous position.

These 5 minute yoga sessions have been great for decreasing my hip and back pain when I sleep and throughout the day. I have not done a lot of yoga lately because it is hard to find the time for longer sessions, but I know I can fit in the five minute workout. Will definitely recommend it. Good for all levels, from beginner on up, for a quick yoga session.
