I currently attend a yoga studio and was looking for an app that could help practice outside the studio and this is perfect for me. Quick sessions that I can do easily at work. And I get to have my music - that’s just a bonus. This will help improve my muscle memory for holding poses.

I love the simple, clear approach. A few we’ll chosen poses, clearly demonstrated and explained in text, no barrier to getting started. Who can’t fit 5 minutes into their schedule? The timer is very well done, giving you a moment to get into the pose before it starts

I’m not even close to being a beginner, more like pre-school beginner. But these were very well instructed & I caught on quickly. Kicked my butt & made me realize how out of shape I am. But this is very doable! By the way, I’m 68, & never did any kind of yoga before. It’s never too late to start!

It has been awhile since I have practiced and am older now. The ease of following the moves is great. The timer for holding the pose makes it easy to concentrate on your breathing and correct position. I am so glad I found this app to get me back into my yoga state of mind!

This app is such a great way to get out of bed and stretch and get the blood pumping to my joints and also do some toning. The best thing is that it only takes a few minutes to accomplish!

This app is basically a timer and gives you about 5-6 poses for 2 days...then you pay to keep going. Disappointed, as it seems a good idea to curate a collection of poses and track daily practice. The fee is hard to consider given the offerings available with other services.
