No video, no audio, no instruction, no help! Simply a pencil sketch of a pose and a 30 sec timer to hold it. I feel robbed. But it was free—how can I feel robbed? Because I wasted valuable time downloading and trying it out when I could have actually been watching video instruction elsewhere.

As a beginner I tend to not hold poses as long as I should. This is really helpful in keeping me in positions longer and really deep breathing through them.

As a beginner it is difficult, to perform the poses without a “voice” to guide you. Perhaps an option to choose would be good Real beginner
