This app provides quick yoga sessions that I use throughout the day if I’m stuck at the desk for work or need a mental reset. It’s perfect and I have recommended it to many friends and co-workers. It provides a short mindful practice and is great for my mental health. Frustrated after a conference call? Use this for a quick reset. Kids making you pull your hair out? Get them to join you and do a short practice to settle them and refresh your energy. Lacking energy? This is great for revitalizing you.

I like the app as far as being able to take short breaks. It describes how to do the pose so you can read and understand before starting. However there is no sound. No count down no reminder to breathe. All of these would be helpful.
