I love the idea of this app, but every time I try to use the Bluetooth feature it closes itself out. Really disappointed

Please fix the but, instantly closes as I open it, started happening after I got IOS14. Other than that it's a useful app.

Chair is wonderful and works with no issues. App is barebones in functionality, and rarely gets updated. Just crashes since iOS 14 came out, and isn’t the only app on my phone doing that. But parents of young babies are tired, stretched thin, and for a device that should make our lives easier, 4Moms allows only for more frustration with its poorly integrated app.

The app now crashes after opening since the Apple iOS 14 update. My bassinet is very hard to turn on the bassinet itself. I have to tap very hard multiple times for it to light up so I rely on the app a lot especially after it automatically shuts off I turn it back on quickly to not wake my baby. But now I can’t do that. I even tried deleting the app and re downloading it. I hit the button on the app to turn on the bassinet and it crashes every time.

The app crashes when connecting to Bluetooth after IOS 14 update. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Still have issues.

I use the 4 Moms app with my Sleep Bassinet so I can turn it on with a timer in the middle of the night. When I first got it the app was spotty at best, working about 50% of the time. Now that I have upgraded to the new iOS it has completely stopped working. Every time I try to open the Sleep Bassinet connection in the app it immediately crashes.... every time. I’m leaving this review up until the problem is fixed with a new iteration of the app.

This app crashes as soon as I pair it with our infant seat. The app is totally useless. I uninstalled and reinstalled.
Needs a fix!!

App stopped working after this last iOS update. I didn't pay $230 for a swing with Bluetooth for it to not work. Please fix and I will change my rating!
