I’ve had no trouble connecting to the swing and using the app. My baby absolutely loves this thing, and I am so happy with the product. My one feature request would be to allow me to play music from my phone on the mamaroo. The built in sounds aren’t super high quality, and I would love to use my own white noise apps or music through the product.

So good. Controls the Momaroo just fine. My issue, however, is with the UI and app badge itself. IT LEAVES A SHADOW ON MY SCREEN. By “shadow” I mean “an image this looks like the app badge but doesn’t actually exist”. No matter where it moves, the original app location still shows the app “there”. I placed it in a folder with other similar apps and the shadow is still there. When I swipe between home pages: still there. Please update and fix this!! I uninstalled and restarted, etc etc proper protocol and still have this issue. Your support page only takes me in circles.

Grrr.. Purchased Mamaroo today!

I purchased my Mamaroo today, registered it and for some reason it would not connect to Bluetooth. I also tried troubleshooting and that didn’t help at all. Would be beyond convenient if it did work for when my son gets here next month.

I’ve tried EVERYTHING to get this thing to connect to my Bluetooth! My husband even tried it in his phone and It STILL wouldn’t work!!! I would have been better off spending less money in a rocker that didn’t have Bluetooth if i knew this wouldn’t have worked. I don’t see how easy it is for people to connect their Mamaroo with their Bluetooth because it just won’t work for us here.

I think that 4MOMS should make prior app version available for their original mamaRoo 4 owners! Basically the new app only works with the newest model and is hit or miss from reviews from those new model owners. Customer service states that their is a Bluetooth chip error requiring a new base ( not avail on older mamaRoo models with Bluetooth option) or new Roo purchase. Total scam!! Don’t buy because Bluetooth doesn’t work! If it is a new model- I warn you that the Bluetooth option will only work until the next model is released; you too will find yourself paying for an option not available at that app update! Very frustrating and unprofessional. Shame on you 4MOMS! Boo!

the app won’t let me log in, it keeps saying no internet connection. & my phone does have internet. even on wifi i can’t get any access. ?
