Great product - No complaints!

This thing connects seamlessly through Bluetooth. Obviously you have to be like 10-20 feet from it max for it to connect, but it works like a charm.
No privacy

Hell with this app. Why is my personal information necessary to use the app? Not getting my data big brother.
No Bluetooth for music

iPhone 7 doesn't have the aux connector, so I've either got to hook up a different device and rest it on the base or stick to the sounds that come built in. I think the swing itself is great, but there are many great swings on the market that don't falsely advertise for a fraction of the price. Love the swing, hate the false advertisement. Will definitely be complaining to the company.
Wish the app would work consistently

I can be sitting right next my mamaroo with my Bluetooth enabled and it can’t find my mamaroo no matter how many times I follow 4moms troubleshooting guide it won’t ever work. The mamaroo is such a great product I just wish the app preformed half as well.

Regarding the mamaRoo: Everything about the app works just fine. A few suggestions would be: 1) Allowing me to set a timer so I can start it out faster, and then have it slow down over time, eventually shutting off. 2) It would be great if it also had an option to throw in some randomness to the movements and speed. While rocking the baby is nice, it's not very "real" if it just keeps going in the same motion and at the same pace forever.

The app works great. You need to make sure your phone Bluetooth is ON and that your MamaRoo is ON and follow the directions for connecting. Pretty simple when you follow directions. I notice the bad reviews here are basically just because people have other expectations and wants that aren’t being met. Well, the product and app do what they say they do and nothing more- that deserves a good rating in my book. I love being able to control it with my phone. No problems here.
