How do u sell this to people knowing it does not work the buttons hardly press and the Bluetooth never pairs even asking to register with serial number and a date code my god.

Absolutely works fantastically! Took less than 20 minutes to put it all together and sync with my phone. Everything works smoothly so far. I see people complaining of the registration, we just skip through that and synced it by being close to it via Bluetooth. My wife and I are using the same account to sign into on separate devices. And we both have IPhones, so I don’t know if that can make a difference for all these other reviewers having trouble syncing. Overall great product and love the “ocean” and “rain” sounds!

It’s nice to be able to change settings via Bluetooth, but the app falls way short. 1st there is absolutely no reason to create an account to use this app. They clearly just want your email to sell to marketers. 2nd it has Bluetooth functionality for everything but music. What’s the one feature that makes most sense over Bluetooth? Yeah. Music.

Go back to engineering school and learn how to count to 5 or figure out how the pairing is supposed to work. Nothing is more frustrating than having a crying baby I am looking to put in this garbage contraption but cannot connect via Bluetooth. This is horrible.

We bought this chair for our 6 weeks old as we read that the movements featured would simulate those of being held and rocked. This couldn’t be further from the truth! The movements are more so less the same for all 5 settings, and they offer no comfort AT all to my son who still insists on being rocked to sleep in my arms. The sounds as very basis, and the aux only functions on the older models of iPhone (old jack) The chair now sits idle and doesn’t ever get used. Overall... it’s not worth the hype.

It does not work with the phone I have. Using an iPhone XS Max and will not pair. I’ve tried everything it says to do. So disappointing. I wish there was a way for it to be updated

My phone paired fine at first and now won't pair. Goes through the whole process and finds the mamaroo but then won't pair so I can't control it from my phone. Very annoying and can't fix it.

So this app is good, but I feel like it could great. I feel like the app is nice to be able to control the settings, but at the same time I figure I would never actually need to change the settings once my baby finds the perfect setting. I had hoped that I could have more options of movement or at least play my own music or sounds, especially since I am connected to Bluetooth.
