Not up to date with the iPhone 11

Ibex776

I was unable to use app with my new iPhone 11. It says Bluetooth is not turned on. However, my husband who has the 8 had no issues.

Will Not connect to Bluetooth. Very aggravating!

Great when it works

Vern141414

Had for less than a week when it stopped working. Waited a week to resolve and get a new base. Had for 1 day now and working fine. Will report back in a couple weeks.

App is broken

Danzigman

When you try to update anything you get an error saying that the app can’t reach the server. This company is tragically flawed everything with the 4moms name breaks in short order.

Dont Buy!!!

Jowey58

I just wasted $200+ on this dumb product. The mobile toy that comes with it is cheap garbage that wont keep a monkey entertained. No lullaby type music incorporated and you would think if a product has a speaker and works on bluetooth i could at least connect it to a music app and play my own but no, the app is so poorly made and has no other capability to help make their own product better. Power cord is very short so product must sit in a specific corner of house only where an outlet is near.

Why no music over Bluetooth???

Loves Google, butt...

Gives a third rate experience

Bloated Marketing App

cykets

This app seems more like a tool to market their other products. I just want to see the product I own when I launch. When you get the app running then all of he functionality is so basic. Auto off timer? Stream music? Give me something more for spending $250. Why do I need an app if I can control it quicker from the actual unit. Bloatware! Reminds me of an old compaq PC!

Requests way too much information

Matt1717.17

Too many invasive questions and data collected by an app just to control a baby device. There’s no legitimate reason they need your email, full name, child’s date of birth, product serial number and date of manufacture to control something via Bluetooth. I understand why they may want to ask, but it won’t let you bypass it and still use the app. Despite the claims that it’s being used for recalls and product safety, it’s a blatant information grab to monitor the use of their products and gather marketing data.
