App is horrible

The test is fine but the app is horrible. That’s what I’m rating. When I click the link for “all tested populations” it goes nowhere. It doesn’t give the breakdown. And the few times it has worked it just goes back to the previous page without me touching anything. So frustrating.

I really like the app. I find it a little more intuitive and a little easier to use than access through the website using my phone.
No security on iOS!

Great service but the app should offer TouchID/FaceID support for such sensitive information.
Better than Ancestry

I heard that 23&me provided a more specified genetic background of your DNA from another patron. The DNA sampling process is still the same as Ancestry but 23&me provides a more comprehensive genetic background and geographical location of my cultural heritage. The questionnaire is very comprehensive and detailed. Wait for the specials as it is worth it!
