Not worth the money

I spent $80 on a “large” bouquet of flowers and what I received was very disappointing and should honestly be priced between $15-20 with the vase and the flowers were no where near “large”. First and last time making a purchase here.

Seriously, I’ve been using this device for two years and I’ve never had an issue. Flowers always get there when they’re supposed to, I haven’t been over billed and the flowers have always been beautiful fresh flowers upon delivery. I’m actually continuing to grow roses from Valentine’s Day, so for me this service is awesome. The passport has saved me lots of money especially when I send flowers out of state. Thanks you 1800 flowers!

The app works just fine with just one problem None of the things on the app that is pictured is what you are actually ordering. Say you want purple flowers but you get yellow instead not that big of a deal especially when your told to take them back to the florist for a simple exchange The only problem is that you live in Seattle Washington and the florist is somewhere in Minnesota. The customer service also is difficult by misspelling my name and choosing the wrong gift by doing this having to call back 3 times I would have thought my moms would have gotten the flowers I picked. I will never use this service again.

I ordered flowers today for my niece, and they were delivered to the hospital, today, as promised... BEAUTIFUL!!! More balloons than I expected, and I just want to express my sincere appreciation for such a wonderful, timely, and beautiful arrangement. Thank you, 1800Flowers.com!!

The app is not working, keep receiving a message saying my phone has no service but it’s weird if I am able to use my other apps perfectly fine. I want to order something for a friend’s birthday but I can’t even look at what I was to buy

International address?

When you order internationally the app doesn’t allow an international address. This should be fixed immediately. I’ve ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday in Germany through the website. The German address input worked there but I’m a little bit concerned if the delivery will be there in time because after tracking the delivery on the app it shows an American address format.

I ordered my mom flowers for Mother’s Day. The price for flowers was a pretty high and the shipping was ridiculous… And then I paid an extra five dollars to have the flowers delivered on Friday, instead of Thursday because the price to deliver them on Saturday was outrageous and there was no option for Sunday. They use FedEx to deliver flowers so they can pick any day they want and deliver it that day but what do they do? They delivered my flowers on Thursday. smh When I called to have the extra money refunded for charging me more to deliver on Friday they said oh sure. But did they? Nope. What they did was gave me a five dollars off of my next order. So sneaky. Shameful really. I will never order from them again.

App glitch

I have used the app a few times. Lately, and for the last time, I entered all of the information. It gave me a total. But the bottom line says total amount 0. If I try to submit, it told me my credit information as invalid. There is no way to edit cards on file. I tried adding a new card. Same result. I reentered the original card. I cannot have duplicates. I tried PayPal. The next message was that I cannot have a 0 amount. Yet the line above on the same page says I’m purchasing $62. I deleted app and reinstalled. I give up. When I called the customer service number to try to get help with the app , I was told “just don’t use it. Let me have your order by phone”. So, what is the point of an app here?

If you care about someone, DO NOT use 800flowers. Deliveries missed Twice in a row - Valentines and Anniversary. After the valentine flowers did not arrive, and 30 minutes of waiting on a call they told me that they couldn’t find a florist in that area…NOW you tell me after valentines - when it is too late. For our Anniversary, they said flowers were delivered even though they had not been - then after an hour of calls and waiting (and 2 days after the guaranteed delivery date), they said that they had actually NOT been delivered and that they could try to redeliver. 2nd Time Major Failure for 800flowers. For my trouble, they offered $20 toward my next purchase - which will NEVER happen. P.s. Beware that if you order the passport (free delivery for a year) and want to cancel, it is EXTREMELY difficult and time consuming to cancel - they want to get you set up on a recurring charge.
