Sneaky company – 1800Flowers Review

I ordered my mom flowers for Mother’s Day. The price for flowers was a pretty high and the shipping was ridiculous… And then I paid an extra five dollars to have the flowers delivered on Friday, instead of Thursday because the price to deliver them on Saturday was outrageous and there was no option for Sunday. They use FedEx to deliver flowers so they can pick any day they want and deliver it that day but what do they do? They delivered my flowers on Thursday. smh When I called to have the extra money refunded for charging me more to deliver on Friday they said oh sure. But did they? Nope. What they did was gave me a five dollars off of my next order. So sneaky. Shameful really. I will never order from them again.
