Great Example of Poor Performace – 1800Flowers Review

If you care about someone, DO NOT use 800flowers. Deliveries missed Twice in a row - Valentines and Anniversary. After the valentine flowers did not arrive, and 30 minutes of waiting on a call they told me that they couldn’t find a florist in that area…NOW you tell me after valentines - when it is too late. For our Anniversary, they said flowers were delivered even though they had not been - then after an hour of calls and waiting (and 2 days after the guaranteed delivery date), they said that they had actually NOT been delivered and that they could try to redeliver. 2nd Time Major Failure for 800flowers. For my trouble, they offered $20 toward my next purchase - which will NEVER happen. P.s. Beware that if you order the passport (free delivery for a year) and want to cancel, it is EXTREMELY difficult and time consuming to cancel - they want to get you set up on a recurring charge.
