App glitch – 1800Flowers Review

I have used the app a few times. Lately, and for the last time, I entered all of the information. It gave me a total. But the bottom line says total amount 0. If I try to submit, it told me my credit information as invalid. There is no way to edit cards on file. I tried adding a new card. Same result. I reentered the original card. I cannot have duplicates. I tried PayPal. The next message was that I cannot have a 0 amount. Yet the line above on the same page says I’m purchasing $62. I deleted app and reinstalled. I give up. When I called the customer service number to try to get help with the app , I was told “just don’t use it. Let me have your order by phone”. So, what is the point of an app here?
