Disappointing Experience – 1800Flowers Review

The app works just fine with just one problem None of the things on the app that is pictured is what you are actually ordering. Say you want purple flowers but you get yellow instead not that big of a deal especially when your told to take them back to the florist for a simple exchange The only problem is that you live in Seattle Washington and the florist is somewhere in Minnesota. The customer service also is difficult by misspelling my name and choosing the wrong gift by doing this having to call back 3 times I would have thought my moms would have gotten the flowers I picked. I will never use this service again.
