Won’t permit verification – Nexo: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto Review

I liked Nexo services. But now they are insisting on advanced verification, which is fine, but they also insist on the latest app version in order to complete that verification. I have the latest version. I just installed it and get the same error! Too bad. Hopefully they fix it before they throttle my account. Update: I used the website to complete verification, and that worked well. Although that means I won’t be able to reproduce the problem on the app for troubleshooting.
