Unable to Verify Identity – Nexo: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto Review

Im in the US, i am stuck in the personal information verification and i cannot move on to the ID verification because is asking me to enter state or to update to the new version, and surprise surprise as of right now there are not updates available. So how am i supposed to complete the verification now?
