pointless app, doesn’t even do what it says – Route: Package Tracker Review

Realized just how useless this app is when my “protected” delivery didn’t arrive but said it was delivered. Tried to submit a claim through the app, got a message “Sorry but you must wait at least 5 days past delivery date to submit a claim.” Called fed ex and they were totally useless also but at least they let me submit a claim that day. This app pretends it’s helping to ensure delivery of your product, in actuality it is just acting as an extra buffer between the customer and retailer / shipper. I’m sure it’s great for crappy companies that don’t want to deal with shipping issues themselves.
