What’s the point of this? (edited) – Route: Package Tracker Review

Mixed feelings because I wasn’t aware that I had opted to use the service. Nominal fee that would have had me covered should anything have gone awry. Very professional team that addressed my initial negative perceptions; hence the edited review and additional star. Can be useful in some applications, just wish it wasn’t an unexpected surprise - however unintentionally helpful.
