I need this app to work!! – NYCB Mobile Review

It’s been a great app, until now. When I open the app it says to update so I do...but my device is not new enough for the update so I try to download the older version and NO GO!!! So do I have to get a newer device just to have this app?! This is not ok with me , I’d rather switch banks. Please fix this.
