Fix the app! – NYCB Mobile Review

After the last update the app doesn’t work, it crashes instantly and won’t allow me to login, the website also has issues and gets stuck on the secret question screen even after answering it. If I can’t get access back to my online account, I’m closing the account and going to another bank. Your customer service is horrible as is the late 60’s decor in your branches here!. Are you going to block me from taking my money out next?. Get your act together or get out of the financial business!.
