App is “appless” – NYCB Mobile Review
This app is awful and their customer service is not up to the task when their app fails to deliver.
Why can’t I print monthly statements from my mobile phone? I can do it through my laptop.
Why can’t I Zelle money to my own account at another bank? I did it a month ago but not today.
Spent about two hours on the phone today to no avail. Customer service eventually advised me to use a paper check to effect the transfer.
Customer service people were really nice but ultimately not able to help. They’re saddled with the poor technology as I am.
