Not worth the headache – Route: Package Tracker Review

A business I order from occasionally began using this app. I tried but can’t get it to work. I created an account and immediately tried to use the password but it wasn’t correct - even though I know it was. I tried for three days to get a reset email from them but never got it. Thankfully, the business still had the USPS number and I could still track my package. This app sent me a notification that my order had been delivered when in reality, it had just been picked up from the business. Just not with the headache.
