Awful - use another exchange. – Nexo: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto Review

I wish I never deposited funds here. They make it difficult to withdraw funds, and have terrible customer service. It takes them days to reply to emails when they even do. For fellow New Yorkers, they don’t have a bit license and can’t offer you yield on your assets. Presently when I try to log into my account I’m told it is restricted and there is no process for authenticating my identity to change my password. There are so many other exchanges and places to store your assets. This one does not stand up to its competitors.
