Can’t sign up – GoFan: Buy Tickets to Events Review

My school district requires this app to get into sporting events and the app does not work. Every time I try to sign up I get to the point of entering my email and creating a password then click join GoFan and I get an internal server error each time. I can not complete the sign up process.
