App doesn't work – GoFan: Buy Tickets to Events Review

Can someone please fix this app?!? We have to use for high school tickets for football and I have purchased my son's entire season. This is disappointing that it will not even allow you to login to view tickets only online on a computer! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!
