Redeemed within 2 min? – GoFan: Buy Tickets to Events Review

I purchased a ticket at 4:04 pm for a 7:00 pm game. When I went to view my ticket, it is marked redeemed at 4:06 pm. How? Where is customer service? How do you UN-redeem before the game actually starts at 7:00 pm.
