Lost in Frustration – Sorceria 1: The Mad Doctor Review

I am updating my review to state how frustrating this game is, even after all these updates. They may eventually fix it (like attacking air if you target dead enemies), but you will get lost and curse it out for old flaws in NES RPG's. They fixed the old flaw of attacking air if an enemy dies before the character attacks it (instead of hitting the next living enemy). However, the controls can slide characters for no reason (where they'll move diagonally against the way you are moving) and the limited inventory for unequipped characters at 8 is ridiculous; if you pick up a chest and are full, you will lose the item. There's a class system which looks interesting, but I did not want to bother much because it's easy to get lost; you'll need a guide for this game. I got lost looking for remains in the 1st dungeon and I couldn't find anything to heal my poisoned/paralyzed characters. Lastly, auto-battle is a joke; you just do actions without being prompted every turn to move battle dialogue. You will still have to input the commands every turn (but at least it doesn't freeze any more).
