Service is worst – Zipcar: cars on-demand Review

I have been charged the insurance fee and sales tax even I did not booking a car successfully. So I wrote 2 emails request, not got any reply after 2 weeks. I trying to give a call, it takes about 1 hour to wait in the line, when I finally start talking to some one, I was lifting pants after pee, I just heard “ first and last name plz”, then I pick up the phone, they already hang up the phone. Like 10 sec. I am on the second line waiting to talk to one rep. 30 minutes already gone, hope I can solve this today. Love you zipcar!
