The new app is an absolute trash – Zipcar: cars on-demand Review

The new app has a confusing interface, is buggy as hell, and won't even allow you to report a problem of the car (say, missing a fuel card or having low tire pressure). It was fine for me to still drive the car, but it won't allow me to be nice and "give back to the community". Frustrating to say the least. I can't imagine what sort of a disaster it will be if I run into a real emergency.
