Very non-transparent billing practices – Zipcar: cars on-demand Review

I have been a member for two years. After returning two cars, they added late fees weeks later and didn’t notify me (I found out by looking at the bank statement). Neither car was returned to its parking spot late, and nobody had reservations after me. Customer service was unhelpful, and I will no longer be using the app because they feel that they can slap on charges weeks later without notifying me and then not take responsibility for doing so.
