Worst Customer Service – Zipcar: cars on-demand Review

They stole my $600 and they lied to me. The customer service doesn’t understand me. I had to speak to 3 representatives because they are incompetent. I ask for a manager and the lady instead put one of her co-workers to pretend to be the manager. I can tell because they were giggling. They misheard me and stole $600 out my refund without my knowledge.
