I will never ever ever use your services again. I ordered three items totaling $100 at 9:45pm at night and wanted to cancel because I found them in store and you have a 2 hour cancellation policy and a call center that closes at 10:00pm. (You can’t cancel yourself? What is that garbage?) You couldn’t just tell person A not to take the box to person B? You hadn’t even shipped the item yet. So finally two of the items show up. I’m mugging them to your store and then I find out the third pair wouldn’t even arrive until today. So I had to wait to return that. I was told I would be able to be refunded in store... also a lie.... now I have to wait 3 business days to get refunded. It’s is Friday, I’ve waited all week to get this sorted and now have to wait longer. So done with you, I will never ever recommend your company. Shoutout to the person in store who actually gave it any attention to resolve.
