Buyer beware! – HauteLook | Nordstrom Rack Review

I placed an order on August 20th for their Morphe sale, I ordered over $100 with of makeup. When my order finally came in I received ONE of the SEVEN items I ordered ONLY ONE! I contacted their member care and was told that there had been a discrepancy in their warehouse and I would either receive my order or a tracking number by the 12th about to go on day three and NOTHING! I sent another email giving them my order number and what I was missing early in the morning it is now late at night and still have not heard a reply. I will not order from this company again! Terrible! This company should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off!! Again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
