Great app BUT BEWARE – HauteLook | Nordstrom Rack Review

The app itself is nice and functional. Very easy to navigate. However, it would be my first AND last time making a purchase from Hautelook. My thoughts were "it's ran by Nordstrom, it should be a reputable company to order from." But don't get your hopes up like I did. Placed an order on August 17th. Ordered over $100 worth of makeup to receive free shipping because I was being cheap. It is now a month later (2 days away from being 4 full weeks since the order) and all I have received was one $10 brush from the order. Checked tracking label they gave on the app & it said "all items were delivered." Called customer service and they explained there was a mix up in the warehouse & all of my items weren't shipped. Was told they were going to fix it and expedite the shipping for me & told me to sit tight for 2 days. And here I am today, 2 days later. Still NOTHING. Called them to tell them to just cancel the whole order and refund me my money & they told me it would take about 14 days to credit my money back. Does it make sense for them to hold on to my money for a month, send me nothing, THEN tell me it will take another half a month before my money is released back to me? Oh and their CSRs are nice but lack any ability to really help aid you. They have to keep placing you on hold so they can contact other departments. They have completely lost my trust as a consumer and I will do my best to dissuade anyone else from ordering from this piece of crap vendor.
