Abandoned app – Samsung+ Review

App hasn’t been updated in months. Constant error screens when loading. Cool to pay $1,500+ for one of their TVs and left with this careless lazy excuse for an app. Just inexcusable level of customer care or support from Samsung having this embarrassment available on the App Store. Do they realize people who bought their TVs are actually directed to use and rely on this app as a reference point for support?
