Text chat app in the app does not work

Text chat app often freezes. As of now since November 4 2018, that was the last message I received from the representative who I was speaking with. Now I cannot even get the automated text from the populating and asking what my question is about
Don’t order Samsung phone they sent refurbished 1!!

My phone under warranty Only been 4 months galaxy s9+. It has charging issues overheating power is on but display doesn’t work .don't-order phone from Samsung they will sent you fake&refurbish product.they have great attitude customer service they are ready to blame on you you have to pay for it it doesn’t matter you have warranty or new phone. I paid over 900$ for this crap galaxy s9+ now they trying to take more money bcz it’s not enough. All are advertising fake. Stay way Samsung product and customer services.i never seen customer service like them they arguing with bad refurbished phone....

Camera to register appliances does not work properly. Will not let me manually attempt to register. App is useless just like my fridge.

The CAPTCHA makes this app inaccessible to people who cannot see the screen with their eyes. Some of us depend on a screen reader (voice output) to read the screen. You don't even have the option of an audio CAPTCHA! SHAME ON YOU!!!

Tell me why this app is in the apple app store?Because this is Samsung App and Samsung is android, this app was on my SSGalaxyS9+, but guess it changed to something else??? Yet since my S9+ is gone for repair having to use my iphone 6+ But this app isnt telling me anything about my galaxy phone Sooo whats this app for or what can Galaxy people use this app for???Still yet why is it in Apple App Store????

Worthless. I register my product but it can be retrieved. So I register it again and it tells me the product is already registered. Zero value; except Samsung now has my info.

App hasn’t been updated in months. Constant error screens when loading. Cool to pay $1,500+ for one of their TVs and left with this careless lazy excuse for an app. Just inexcusable level of customer care or support from Samsung having this embarrassment available on the App Store. Do they realize people who bought their TVs are actually directed to use and rely on this app as a reference point for support?
