Basic problems – KeyHero Review

I went to my local store to try to load my key to the app. When presented with a prompt on the machine to enter a code in the app to proceed, I could find nowhere in the app to do so. However, I was able to store a second key that I was actually making a copy of when they sent the key to my account without needing to enter a code. This almost feels like a bait and switch....they want you pay for a key to store it....but I could be wrong.
