Does not work – KeyHero Review

Went to Lowe’s and Home Depot. No one knew how to use the app. I’m supposed to put a number into the my key hero app that the key machine gives me. NO WHERE on the app is there a way to input a number. I tried with an iPhone and my husband tried with an android. At the top of the of the app it says “share key” and “cut key”. You can not push those. Not sure why they are there.
