Makes the diet so much easier – The Fast Metabolism Diet Review

Ok maybe it’s 4.5 star but I was really impressed by how helpful the app was in planning the diet. Meal planning is a breeze, you just choose what to eat from a calendar and lists limited by food type and phase. I love the shopping list generation as well. I am a really bad planner and this diet was intimidating for my daily routine; the app made it possible, almost fun. The my day tab is also incredibly well designed. Now for the cons: - I’m vegetarian+fish and I had to eliminate all meat items one by one; considering the number of vegetarian users, I recommend a preference to eliminate all meat (and all fish for the strictly vegetarian) during initial setup; - accessing the meal map tab, it should bring you by default to today’s date, I grew tired of browsing through the week every time (the my day tab doesn’t cover all functionalities one has in the meal map) - it would be nice if the app interfaced to Apple Health at least to automatically read my weight data By the way the diet works like magic, couldn’t shed as much weight if I skipped all meals.
