Just what I needed – Sanvello: Anxiety & Depression Review

I am battling severe depression and anxiety. Doctors and therapists provide a lot of help, but I felt I needed something else; something that was there when and where I needed it. Pacifica fills that gap completely for me. More than just meditations and stress reduction, it offers guidance, communities, podcasts, and more. It is more than a daily go-to, it is a constant companion. I have shown this to doctors and therapists and they believe it offers significant help. I am very thankful to the developers. My only wish for this app is that a landscape mode be added for my iPad and keyboard interaction.
