The worse thing ever – Urgent.ly Roadside Assistance and Towing Services Review

I used this app after having a blow out and was told there were multiple vehicles in my area. So I went along and ordered a car to have my tire changed. After paying $75.00 upfront I then received a ETA of 70 minutes. I told the company that it’s website said there were drivers near by and they replied that was the best ETA they could give me. Long story short 70 min turned into 3 & 1/2 hours. When I was finally able to contact the person who was suppose to come and help me (after four phone calls) he sounded like he was sleeping. He then told me I had to wait another 40 min. When help finally arrived it was an older man who I had to help. He couldn’t do the job on his own. So i payed for a service which I had to help and wait 3 1/2 hours for what was shown to me as a 30 min wait. SO DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND CHANGE YOUR OWN TIRE OR TRY ANOTHER COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS ONE.
