Pretty solid service – Urgent.ly Roadside Assistance and Towing Services Review

I used urgently today when I got a flat tire, and I could see where the frustration with the app occurs. It told me my driver was 27 minutes away, but he calls me asking me where I was, and low and behold, he shows up suddenly because he was luckily going my direction and I told him I was at the nearest gas station. But it seems it doesn't work well regarding direction, for both driver and customer. The ETA isn't accurate at all, but I got lucky this time around so I can't complain. He only took 5 minutes to replace the tire, and I was on my way. I'm not sure if I trust the app that much, but thank you great service this time around.
