· With a simple tap, request roadside assistance for a flat tire, lock out, dead battery (jump start), empty fuel tank or mechanical issue.
· We’ll automatically detect your precise location and dispatch the closest tow truck.
· You’ll receive confirmation that help is on the way, who is coming and a precise time of arrival.
· You’ll be able to watch in real time on your phone as one of our roadside assistance service providers comes to your location.
· Should you choose, you’ll be able to contact the roadside assistance service provider directly at any time during the rescue.

I have rarely been concerned with roadside assistance and have not been a fan of paying all sorts of money for AAA and just getting some coupons in return. (I remember my dad always having the sticker on his bumper and getting a flat - did we not have a spare? - on a remote stretch of road in Florida and my dad using a CB radio to get someone to call for us while me and my brother were sweating like nothing just waiting and waiting for AAA to come. Seemed like hours. Wondered why he didn’t just radio someone local.) So I never bothered to pay for a service and was fine until a long trip to Alaska had me wondering what I would do on the long, vacant stretches in the northwest. I would definitely opted for Urgent.ly were it available and now that I know about it I feel a little better having it with me when I travel, and when I’m just commuting. My wife also likes the idea of the accident detection features. Pretty cool.

This app is such a great safety net. I've been a big fan of the team for a while, but has to jump my battery after the car sat for a week of no use. The guy got here in 15 minutes, jumped the car, and it was back up and running in less than 5 minutes.

Great app to quickly find and connect with roadside help. It's Uber for Roadside Assistance where you can see and track help to know when it will arrive. Save money over AAA since you only pay when you need help. FamilyView feature and Accident detection technology are incredibly helpful and provide true peace of mind. Makes life simpler, better and safer.

This app is awesome!! Great visibility, like Uber for Towing and RSA. Having this app there is no need to renew with AAA. With the accident detection feature I know there is help when I need it. Now I always have a tow truck in my pocket! Thanks Urgent.ly

I had a flat tire on my way to work last week and called AAA. After they told me that it would take 60 minutes to get a tow truck, I found Urgent.ly and they got me a tow truck in 20 minutes. My tire was replaced and I was back on my way. Great app!

I can only suspect that the glowing reviews have a connection with the company. The app does not work as advertised. First, they markup the actual towing cost 100% (according to my tow truck driver who said he would have charged me $60 but the app charged me $120) - just use google to find and call a few companies to save $$$. Second, I discovered the app always quotes 20 min and shows you a close tow truck driver on a map but that is not necessarily who is going to accept the job - that is just the nearest tow company that has a deal with urgently. And the app just uses google map info to measure time between 2 points. No consideration for the driver's real time it might take such as when he might actually leave to go to your location. Confirmed this through conversations with a rep at the company. After the app confirmed the driver has been dispatched and would show arrival in 15 minutes I got a text 15 minutes later saying a driver would be at my location in 45 minutes. They tried to explain that it was due to traffic even though the driver was supposedly just blocks away in a residential area. A new driver was apparently dispatched and the app then showed 16 minutes away and the app continued to show that for 45 minutes. Total time for driver to show up was 1 hour 29 minutes after a 15 min quote!!! Just use google to find a driver - you will save money and talk straight to the tow company instead of a middleman.
