Worst - NOT SMART banking – Smart Banking Review

First, I am new here and I speak English and I CANNOT UNDERSTAND why there is no option to switch to English until you get into the app. There is NO excuse that I will accept for this. I am your customer. I speak a common language. Give me this option. Secondly, I have had to erase and reconfigure the app FOUR times in the six months that I have been a Unicredit customer. Unacceptable. I have to waste my time and my banker's time to send me codes. And if I call on the phone for support, I must wait two DAYS for someone to call me back.
