Smart Banking je aplikace, která zdarma nabízí jednoduchou a rychlou obsluhu účtu v mobilním telefonu. Umožní vám kromě jiného zadat platbu, spravovat trvalé příkazy, splatit kreditní kartu, aktivovat debetní kartu a mít kompletní přehled o svých účtech, kartách a úvěrech. Vstup do aplikace i podpis plateb je chráněn buď pomocí vámi zvoleného PIN kódu, otisku prstu nebo Face ID.

Jak aktivovat?
Nainstalujte aplikaci a poté požádejte o aktivaci ve svém Online Bankingu v sekci Účty a karty -> Mobilní služby nebo o aktivaci požádejte bankéře na pobočce UniCredit Bank.

Smart Banking dále přináší:

Smart Banking si a free mobile banking app which provides quick and easy way to maintain your finance from a smart phone. You can check your balance, make payments, find the nearest ATM or branch. App is accessible via your PIN or via Touch ID. Both downloading and usage of the app is free of charge.
Smart Banking app is absolutely safe. Application access is protected by 6-8 digits PIN, Touch ID or Face ID.

How to activate?
After installing Smart Banking app, you can activate it on your own via Online Banking in Accounts and Cards Section -> Mobile Services or ask a banker at UniCredit Bank branch.

Smart Banking also provides:
temporarily block/unblock debit or credit card
mobile phone top-up
possibility to check balance without logging into the app (Fast Check function)
possibility to use templates from Online Banking
payment via scan of QR code, barcode or payment slip
Smart Key – tool to generate one-off codes for access and payments confirmation in Online Banking and BusinessNet Professional
finding the nearest ATM or branch
immediate overview about current exhange rates

The absolute worst banking app in the Czech Republic. I regret moving accounts to this bank. Time to cancel my accounts

Worst - NOT SMART banking

First, I am new here and I speak English and I CANNOT UNDERSTAND why there is no option to switch to English until you get into the app. There is NO excuse that I will accept for this. I am your customer. I speak a common language. Give me this option. Secondly, I have had to erase and reconfigure the app FOUR times in the six months that I have been a Unicredit customer. Unacceptable. I have to waste my time and my banker's time to send me codes. And if I call on the phone for support, I must wait two DAYS for someone to call me back.
