The absolute worst banking app in the Czech Republic. I regret moving accounts to this bank. Time to cancel my accounts
Worst - NOT SMART banking

First, I am new here and I speak English and I CANNOT UNDERSTAND why there is no option to switch to English until you get into the app. There is NO excuse that I will accept for this. I am your customer. I speak a common language. Give me this option. Secondly, I have had to erase and reconfigure the app FOUR times in the six months that I have been a Unicredit customer. Unacceptable. I have to waste my time and my banker's time to send me codes. And if I call on the phone for support, I must wait two DAYS for someone to call me back.

Everything was fine up till today when the app decided to stop letting me log in. It just says “please wait” forever.
